How to Create a More Fulfilling Life with Gratitude

Have you ever thought about how grateful you truly are for the good things that happen in your life, what you currently have, the people in your life, or the even not so good things that may happen? Do you practice gratitude on a daily basis, weekly, or monthly basis?

When what we consider bad things happen in our life, it is easy to feel like we’ve just been dealt a bad hand, become a victim to the circumstance, and some may believe they deserve it and become programmed to expect it again. How can you avoid this and start living a happier and more fulfilling life?

This can easily be accomplished by “deciding” to change your perceptions and begin looking for the wonderful things that happen, and for the people in your life, by becoming a grateful person.... searching for the good things. If we look for the negative, we can certainly always find it, but how happy and fulfilling is that?! By looking for the positive things or what you can be grateful for in learning from your experiences in life, this can be a positive life changing experience that allows room for expansion and growth. The more grateful you are for what you currently have, the more you will have additional wonderful things coming your way.

Our lives are different now than many years ago as many things that are being designed actually distract us like social media. Our world is more confusing than ever, so if your life isn’t going in the direction you want it to, or you feel overwhelmed, you do have the power to change what you are doing or thinking at any moment to achieve the end result or outcome you want. You are your own life designer in the choices you make each day and you can learn or condition yourself to easily achieve any goal you set. It’s all about the mindset you choose to take on and you can change your state of mind at any moment.

What does it mean to be grateful, and hint: it’s not just writing them down?

Gratitude Transforms the following 3 things in your life:

1. It is intended to change your past.

2. It is intended to change your present.

3. It is intended to change your future.

If you are not transforming these things, then you are not truly experiencing gratitude. Gratitude is the greatest of all virtues, so it would be wise to make this an automatic way of thinking in your life and if you do this everyday and write down 3 things you are grateful for each night before you go to bed, your life can change in amazing ways within 30 days! Why not give it a try, what do you have to lose, or better yet...think of all the wonderful things you shall gain and attract in your life! Each morning you have the opportunity and ability to trigger the emotional state that can be sustained throughout the whole day. So by starting your day off right, you will be amazed at the momentum you can create by giving yourself 5-10 minutes of space of deep gratitude with visualization which is very powerful as the mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. You can prime your brain to operate at a higher level throughout the day by doing these things and much more, which you can learn more about from my gratitude webinar training I’ll be conducting for you very soon that I’ve just recently created!

Believing in You,

Carey

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity....it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
